As a potential World Heritage site it’s important that we look after the unique environment of the Lake District National Park for visitors and locals to enjoy for many years to come. This means finding alternative ways of getting around the park which both reduce carbon emissions and are fun and economical to use.
We are offering supporters of the World Heritage bid an exciting chance to win a day exploring the Lake District in a state of the art electric car, courtesy of our friends Co Wheels. The Twizy Flock of 10 vehicles is located at a variety of visitor attractions and accommodation providers in the Penrith, Pooley Bridge and Keswick areas. Each Twizy has been branded with its own distinctive sheep personality and named in traditional Cumbrian sheep-counting dialect from one to ten.
There are five 1x day Twizy vouchers to be won from three locations across the Lake District; winners will be chosen at random.
By entering this prize draw you will also be showing your support for the World Heritage bid.
